Research Coordination Network: Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage

The Lenfest Center for Sustainable Energy engages in a variety of education and outreach programs with the goal of informing the energy stakeholders of tomorrow across the boundaries of the natural sciences, engineering disciplines, and social sciences. The LCSE works as part of the National Science Foundation funded Research Coordination Network (RCN) on Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) in collaboration with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) on many external programs. As a member of the RCN CCUS, the Lenfest Center has supported a number of outreach initiatives for K-12 classroom modules, Graduate and Young Professional Programs, and special programs for women in science and technology.
